On a trip to Boston, Zoe's oldest son came home and was so excited about chicken and waffles that he said they should be on the menu...so here they are! 
Two waffles OR fluffy biscuits topped with tempura chicken fingers, and drizzled with our own warm, pure maple-bourbon sauce.
